I have now prepared a Zoom session for our first virtual Saturday Bike Club tomorrow at 10.30 for approximately and hour to and hour and a half. Join in for as much as you can. Non EBCC riders are very welcome.
We start with an off the bike session featuring a quiz, warm up and in the house activity and then weather permitting move to some skills outside. Simple for younger riders and advanced for older ones so you will need to either be able to take your laptop/table/phone outside or get someone to shout instructions for you. You need your bike, helmet and shoes ready to go after the inside section.
For the outside activities, there is a simple course to set up in advance of the session and instructions are on the support sheet in the next post.
You just need to get the meeting ID and password either by joining the Facebook Group below (Click Link) or by PM’ing me in plenty of time as once I am running the session, I can’t answer my phone. You can text me on 07917 860292
If you haven’t used Zoom before, you need to download it onto a tablet or phone or open it from your browser on a laptop or computer.
It takes time to receive the confirmation email so if you are a first time user, do so in plenty of time.
Its my first effort at this but I have planned different things to have a go at.
Mandys Mondays (again on Zoom) will be a strength and conditioning class – no bike required- by a qualified coach followed by a social quiz after.
